Homemade Pizza.

I made pizza yesterday for the very first time after googling for the easiest (but have good review) recipe.



The topping was simple (since it was a first time), only capsicums, mushromms and sausages and cheese.

The dough is simple, and the kneading process is not hard to do.

I would say it was a success as the base is not hardened when its cool. Even after a day the base was still soft.



Recipe for the dough;-


Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of plain flour

1 tablespoon of dry yeast

1 tablespoon of oil. (I used olive oil)

salt to taste.


Prep;

1) Mix all the ingredients.

2) Add in water ( I seriously don't know how much I put). Just add in a little gradually till the dough is soft and not sticky.

3) Knead the dough.

4) Cover the dough with a piece of cloth.

5) Put into rest for about 20 minutes.


Gotta experiment with a different topping more often.
