A Letter to My Personal Wellness Coach.

Dear Mr. Personal Wellness Coach,

I wanna thank you for your patient by having me as one of your customer. You must be felt really devastated every week, carrying the heavy bag for the consultation but only to find out later, not much difference and even slight increase of my weight than previous week. But it's okay right..?? You'll get to do extra exercise. It's good for your health and body too.

I believe your formula is really works IF i am really discipline. For example, i have been really discipline during the first week and I lost 2 kg. But coming to the second week, i've started to cheat. It is hard for me to resist good foods especially during the holiday. Hence, my weight has been fluctuating since week 1 until week 3. But anyway, i still lost 2 kg in 3 weeks despite of the amount of food that i've taken.

You know coach, i have been spending more time with my skinny, READ: SKINNY sister lately. She's getting married soon and she need me to accompany her to do her shopping and all. It was very tiring and we ended up eating more food.

She made me eat this cheesy-weesy meatballs and I know how much fat contain in it.



Eh coach, You tak rasa teruja ke tengok the melting cheese? I teruja ok.


Lagi-lagi cheese..


Once a cheater, it will lead to another cheating.. Last thursday, I cheat again. My husband is craving for KFC and he'll end up buying the 5 pc chicken, a fries, but i konon-konon opt for a lil' healthier option, the toased twister.

I totally could not resist cheesy food. Yummeh!



And then kan coach, last Saturday my husband bought me a buffet dinner at a steamboat and barbeque spot near our place. It has been more than a year we didn't eat there. The last time was during my 25th birthday and i was 4 months pregnant at that time. I ate a lot i tell you now. I mean REALLY A LOT. There is no pictures snapped because we were so excited. The food was really nice. They have improved a lot especially on the buffet selection. Later that night, on the way back to home my husband bought me an ice-cream. A complete dinner kan coach? dengan desert sekali..


Yesterday morning, i woke up a bit late and suddenly craving to have a sweet breakfast. I don't want the usual sweat meats. I want something else like a waffle or a pancake. Aha! I know.. the McD hotcakes. Since husband could not accompany me because he has to 'rewang', i immediately called my skinny sister to drive me there. As obedient as a puppy, she brought me and we had the hot cakes and coffee.

I am sorry coach, i totally forgot to discipline myself. You might want to bang your head for repeating the same advice. EAT LESS FAT, OIL, DRINK LOTSA PLAIN WATER and EXERCISE. I just could not affort to be as discipline as when i was in uni. You percaya tak, yang I dulu sangat disipline kalau tengah berdiet? Tak percaya you can ask my friend leen and shila.


Oklah, i'll try my very best to follow your recommendation in this week. But no promises tau. Btw coach, don't worry if i am one of your fail living example because if other people ask, i'll say It's me yang bersalah. So no worries okay.

sha, sume makanan tu aku pun mkn le...tp, ade syaratnye..jgn mkn satu pinggan, ko suh org lain order, pastu ko cubit2 la sket..at least merasa la kan..kite mkn bkn nak kenyang nak rase je ;p

haha..dulu tu ko gile nekad ok..adeke mkn roti je hari2..huhu..ko mesti xtebayang kan camne ;p..eh, tetibe teringat kite g jogginf kat tasik..

weh, lgpun aku tgk ko x gemuk pn..lg aku perasan, muke ko da licin ar..xyah pakai2 mekap..hee
