Yes, They are Super-Skill..

I had a briefing session with our newly open service outlets. Basically, nak cerita sikitlah and guide them on the system and what nots. As i already being warned by the service coordinator, saying that the manager is super irritating, i woke up this morning and had a long pray. I really hope that i will be able to stand his act or words. I am one type of human which actually easily get piss off , so there'll go my temper-ness and curses..
We set to meet at 10 am. By 10.05 am, they haven't arrived yet.. I started to get pissed. Suddenly, Mr service coordinator show up and said, " Aisyah, ready eh.. i'll bring him to you now.." Cilakak.. i am so demotivated at that time. As I saw them walking towards me, i just sat and pray very hard. Demmit la.. why do I have to do this.. The next thing i know, they already standing in front of me. He brings along his girls to learn the system. He greeted me with his cheeky smile and so do I. But mine is fake. We then move to the meeting room and start our discussion. As i finish two words, this fella started asking many things and giving his unwelcome comments (though the comments is good). He has his own competitor's outlet and of course he keeps on comparing the two company. I think some people will find him very insulting and irritating but suprisingly i don't. Maybe at first, yes. But after quite some time especially after lunch time (which he bought us) I feel much comfortable with him and his two girls. He is such a 40-ish cheeky man with a big heart. I adore his girls too. I was suprised when they told me their previous jobs are. One is an ex salesgirl at a furniture showroom, and the other one is a kindergarten teacher. Yeah, I am being sceptical at first. How come these people can be appointed as a service advisor when they only have experienced in furniture and kids..and they are only 19 and 20 years young? But as i go through the system, i am impressed with their fast thinking and absorbing everything. There are a few things which i did not mention at all but they understand like the terms "Mileage Rollback" when this error poped up at the screen. They immediately said, oh saya tau..ni sebab blablabla.. and it's correct without my explanation.. I feel very ashamed. Ashamed to judge a book by its cover.
In the end, the briefing ended at 4.45 pm and i feel very tired but with a smile at my face. There are still new and have a very long journey to go. Of course there will be a few mistakes will be done but hey, it's their learning process. I have a positive thoughts on them. My mission had accomplished! nothing is happier than to know that your service outlets fully understand and ready to start their operation.
Tomorrow, i will be presenting / train our existing sengal nak mampus service advisor. This is tough man..Wish me luck ya.
