Of Anniversary and Gift

It's about 3 days more to our 2nd anniversary. Being a (trying to be) romantic wife, i plan to buy him a gift and of course, I want something in return. (jgn tipu, kalo korang bagi gift kat hubby but never expect anything in return.) Jadi, saya pun saja lah tanya kat other half what he wants for this coming anniversary. So the conversation went like this:-

Myself: Papa nak apa for our 2nd anniversary?

OH: (As always) Papa tak nak apa-apa, papa nak mama aje..

Myself: (dalam hati) Duhhh.....

OH: Mama nak apa pulak?

Myself: (dalam hati)yes! yes! papa tanya.. errrrrrr.... Mama nak The Bag (he knows which bag i'm refering to. Anyway, The Bag cost a bomb!) yang mama dah eyeing for weeks tuh, boleh tak?

OH: Boleh.................

Myself: Boleh? Ye ke????(sambil senyum lebar sampai ke telinga)

OH: Boleh, tapi in return boleh tak mama hadiahkan papa gearbox baru untuk kereta papa???

Myself: Hah!!!! (dengan mata bulat sebab sangat terkejut kerana harga gearbox lagi mahal dari The Bag). Papa saja jer....

OH: Hehehehehehe

So I guess neither one of us will be getting The Bag or gearbox as our gift. Nak aje saya recommend OH tak payah tukar gearbox for his old-Banyak Makan Wang car. We can use my car and at the same time i'll get The Bag! kan..kan..kan.. Tapi, sebenarnya memang kena tukar cepat gearbox tu sbb it is not comfortable to use my car nowadays. Bila nak keluar, nak bawak stroller, baby carier yadayadayadayada, dah penuh satu kereta. Tu belum lagi kalau mood shopping tengah baik.All this because i'm driving a competitor's 3 door car. Since OH nyer is 5 door car, jadi definitely it is much much comfy to commute especially with Sarah.

Pernah jugak i recommend OH to sell his car and I let go off my car and buy Myvi instead. Tapi OH so heart his car, and never let go off his car walau harga petrol semakin meningkat.. And i myself, awal tahun hari tu ingat-ingatkan nak tukar Myvi, tapi bila check kat bank, loan masih banyak lagi..Ya ampun..memang tak lah! Buat banyak2 kan hutang I je..

Hmm..Bila lah I will get a FAT paycheck so that bole beli The Car idaman hati. Btw, The Car idaman hati bukan Myvi ok, tapi Mitsubishi Airtrek Turbo!

So today, OH came out with an idea, apa kata kalau kita have a nice, fancy dinner. Tak payah beli hadiah2 nih..Buat pening kepala aja. So, he let me choose the place and suitable date. Kerana anniversary jatuh pada hari selasa, so no way, we will go out that night,kalau tak aku meroyan besok kat opis sebab mengantuk. So, tengoklah bila sesuai. This coming saturday, nak gi wedding Abot and his uncle get engage pulak..Bila lah masa yang sesuai.... Date will be decide later, maybe an impromptu dinner, but better be fancy and nice ok OH?
