Pregnancy Rave and Crave: 19 Weeks

Went for a monthly check up yesterday. Gosh! the queue was long and I thought by coming at 1 pm would be OK but apparently somebody delivered her baby and Dr Kamal had to attend her.

So anyways, we thought of knowing the gender but my baby is so shy to show her/his private part to us. Unlike Sarah, we knew her gender when she was 3 months old in my tummy. Hmm, shall wait for next check ups. Friends asked me what's my instinct? My husband thinks it's going to be a boy, (which I think he wants a baby boy, rather than his instinct), my friend and sister think it's a boy too, (base on my pregnancy journey this time) but as I am writing this, I think it's going to be another baby girl I guess. That's my motherly instinct. We'll se who'll win. :p

I shall summarize my 19 weeks of pregnancy rave and crave:-

1. I gained 3kg for the past 1 month, which is exceeds the 2kg recommendation. Should cut my sugary treats intake. (but i am still munching on a muffin while typing this. ;p)

2. I love ice milo. A homemade one because I get to add a milo ice cream and it tastes great!.

3. I like Horlicks more than my non pregnancy days.

4. I don't fit my M size uniform. Well it is still fit me but I look terrible with bulging here and there. So tomorrow gonna wear L size uniform and have yet to wear the maternity one. (best jugak kan ada office uniform? Kut tak nak membeli maternity attire, mahal..)

5. I still have the nausea feeling, sometimes vomit in office toilet and I so hate it.

6. I don't crave for pisang goreng, ubi goreng and the likes more often than my 1st trimester. Dulu, after every lunches mesti singgah pi beli...

7. My skin are getting worse, pimples around the jaw line and tiny dots at the forehead area, and becoming more oily. And I suffer from a hair loss too...

8. Emotionally stable, tidak stress sangat. Sikit-sikit tu adalah, but at least I am not blaming to the pregnancy, tak baik salahkan pregnancy.

Hmm, that's about it. Till next month's update and hopefully by that time get to know the gender pulak... Boy or girl?
